"Models are open in Printers Row" |
Winthrop
Properties has opened two decorated models at Printers
Corner, a 17-story building planned for 88 condos at
Polk and Wells Streets in Printers Row.

The
models includes a one-bedroom, one-bath layout and
a two-bedroom, two-bath plan.
Designs
range from 743 to 2,290 square feet with one to three
bedrooms and one to three baths. They are base-priced
from the $280,000s to the $800,000s and deeded parking
spaces are available from $36,000.

Amenities include 10-foot ceiling with crown molding,
Italian cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite
countertops in kitchens, oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling
tile in the baths, and floor-to-ceiling corner windows
in each unit.

Each
unit also has a washer and dryer, 42-inch plasma television,
a tech center, and marble baths with a Whirlpool®
tub.
