"Models are open in Printers Row" | Winthrop Properties has opened two decorated models at Printers Corner, a 17-story building planned for 88 condos at Polk and Wells Streets in Printers Row. | The models includes a one-bedroom, one-bath layout and a two-bedroom, two-bath plan. Designs range from 743 to 2,290 square feet with one to three bedrooms and one to three baths. They are base-priced from the $280,000s to the $800,000s and deeded parking spaces are available from $36,000. | |
