Incentives are offered on homes in Woodstock
Apple Creek Estates, a 559" acre Kirk Homes development of townhouses and single-family houses in Woodstock, is offering incentives on residences available for quick delivery.
Plans call for 746single-family houses and 370 townhouses on 559 acres, 200 of which are preserved open space with groves of mature trees, several ponds, seven miles of bike paths and three parks. New elementary and middle schools will also be built within the development.
Base prices range from $246,995 to $333,995for single family plans with six models
open for viewing. Four designs are available for early delivery. They range from 2,019 to 3,158 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 2 baths, basements, and two- and three-car garages. Prices range from $274,995 to $384,395,including discounts of over $40,000 for most models.
Three townhouse plans are priced from $172,495to $197,995, with five models on display. They range from 1,248to 1,583 square. feet with two or three bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths; basements in some buildings, and two-car attached garages.
One of the available single family houses is a Santa Fe plan with four bedrooms, 2 baths, English basement with deck off the main floor, and three-car garage. It is priced at $375,495,including a discount of $40,000.
The Santa Fe includes a two story foyer, living room and dining room separated by pillars, a kitchen with a large island and walk-in pantry, breakfast area with bay window, two-story expanded family room, main-floor den and laundry room and master
bedroom suite.
Amenities include a wall of windows and fireplace in the family room, roughed-in plumbing in the basement, whirlpool tub in the master bath" 42-inch upper cabinets and upgraded appliances in the kitchen, and a 75-gallon water heater and high efficiency furnace.

Reservations are now being taken on units in the second building at The Hamptons of
Hinsdale, GSH Development's project of93 condominiums and 26 townhouses.
Several residences remain for sale in the first building and construction on the 23 condos in the second building is slated to begin by late spring.
Nine condo floor plans range from 1,262 to 2,239 square feet and are base-priced from $395,000 to $749,000_They have one or two bedrooms, 2 baths, living room or great room, and balcony. Also included are a den, dining room and breakfast areas, depending on the plan selected.

Winthrop Properties has a selection of quick-delivery residences available at Printers Corner in Printers Row, a 17 story building of 88 condos on the northwest corner of Polk and Wells Streets.
